68-70/100 Joel McHale
i fucking missed Carmel Specials. A poppy seed kaiser roll, with italian dressing, fresh mozzarella, and a breaded chicken cutlet. Home tastes good.
Carmel Specials are the effing best. Also ice cream cones from Scoops N’ More. :)
Garfunkel and Oates Music Video of the Day: Riki “Garfunkel” Lindhome and Kate “Oates” Micucci play the same woman at 31 and 29, respectively.
Nailed it.
(Not Safe For Work — explicit lyrics. Also, Riki is a yeller.)

“I used to feel so alone in the city. All those gazillions of people and then me, on the outside. Because how do you meet a new person? I was very stunned by this for many years. And then I realized, you just say, ‘Hi.’ They may ignore you. Or you may marry them. And that possibility is worth that one word.”
— Augusten Burroughs
One of my all-time favorite quotes.
| gatsby: | hey i just met you |
| gatsby: | and this is crazy |
| gatsby: | but i'm going to spend most of my life and wealth in an attempt to pursue you for your stunning vapidness and the warped image of yourself created in my mind as a precursor to my eventual fall |
| gatsby: | so call me maybe |

We sat down with the Community star to talk about Chevy Chase’s voicemails, how to stay married in Hollywood, and Alison Brie (obviously).
By Susan L. Hornik
There are few shows on TV that have enjoyed a more enthusiastic fan base and a less certain future than NBC’s Community. But the network just ordered another season — though the show will be moved to Fridays next fall — which means we’ll be lucky enough to see more of Alison Brie. Er, and Joel McHale! The hilarious star of Community, host of The Soup, and former tight end for the Washington Huskies sat down with us to discuss his favorite episodes, the Chevy Chase voicemail debacle, and of course, Alison Brie. Have we mentioned Alison Brie?
